We've just rolled out some tiny-but-mighty updates to your HiTide experience!

We’ve been busy cooking up some major back-end and front-end improvements behind the scenes, but in the meantime we couldn't getting these two tiny little gems SHIPPED for you:

  1. 🎨 Brand Selector Makeover: For those of you managing multiple brands, you'll notice a sleeker, more intuitive interface. (Kudos to Marius for taking the lead on this enhancement!)

  2. 🔢 Numbers Made Easy: Ever wished you could see those full revenue and subscriber counts on the main dashboard? We've now added a nifty mouseover feature for numbers over a thousand. Hover to reveal the complete count, giving you instant access to those all-important details.

IN: personalizing every damn SMS message 🤯

One of our platform partners Attentive, has been shaking up the SMS scene with their new AI personalization features... I recently came across this interview with CEO, Amit Jhawar.

I especially like that this interview was done for a more general audience and thus, light on industry inside baseball or AOCA (Annoying Overly Complicated Acronyms).

"When we think about how messaging between a brand and the consumer should work, we see a world where every message becomes more or less bespoke."

The key to crafting messages that feel more like a conversation than a broadcast:

“We can scrape all these attributes on a consumer: Do they zoom into an item? Did they not? How long did they look at [it]? How many times have they come back? If you zoom in on an item, that shows higher intent and interest…These are all signals for us that we’re starting to process in our models and use that in the generative AI to help deliver that customized experience. And that’s where all this magic happens.”

Black Friday & Cyber Monday might seem far off, but the time to start planning is here. Waiting until the last minute to piece together a campaign just won’t cut it.

Be intentional. Act early, and you’ll have a better shot at grabbing attention before the rush hits.
