There’s a trend I’ve noticed with many brands when it comes to SMS: initial hesitation, followed by full commitment.

That was the case for Rebecca Murkoff’s SMS marketing success as covered by Glossy:

As the article covers, they were hesitant to try it at first, but now it’s their best channel by far and customers are loving it. With an 80X ROI.

Sona Martirosian, the brand's e-commerce director, shared this:

“Our core audience has a lot to do with why SMS has been working so well. They're a very mobile-first audience. More than 80% of our traffic comes from mobile. The little red dot of a text notification is harder to ignore than a social ad or an impersonal email.”

Cart abandonment? Rebecca Minkoff is seeing a 45% conversion rate on reminder texts. Not bad for a little red dot.
