💗 Pulse of the Market - AI is Getting Real, Really Quick.

Postscript is Making Big Moves

Our partners over at Postscript are launching a big AI upgrade on July 24th, promising to:

  • Drive more revenue from your top-performing flows, with AI doing all the work

  • Move away from outdated and time-consuming A/B testing

  • Unlock insights about your customers and business

We don’t have the full deets on this yet but expect to very soon.

I am SUPER excited to see what the team has cooked up!!

Attentive continues to beat on the AI drum as well

A few weeks back we joined the Attentive partner day and Thread event here in NY. It was an epic time. As you would expect - lots of coverage of AI plans. Some concrete #s being shared for the first time.

Last week CEO Amit Jhawar from Attentive published a detailed writeup of the future of SMS and one-to-one personalization (read: AI) for the performance marketing world, sharing some of those numbers from key customers:

We see Attentive AI’s send time feature outperforming general send times in nine out of 10 of our campaigns. It’s a game-changer for our engagement and conversion rates.

Morgan Warner, SMS lead at Marleylily

Really feels like we are seeing the tip of the iceberg here. This is no longer about basic generative texts making copywriting easier - it’s about using the tech to drive real hard numbers.

AI is getting real, really quick.

I LOVE seeing the innovation (and competition!) heating up, it’s a very good thing for brands and marketers.

Exciting times!

Ran across this Twitter comment from Mason about an interesting strategy for non-sales SMS messages: sending a weekly text including a positive review, only to non-customers. Would love to see this tested more at scale.

Social proof can be shockingly convincing.

Happy Fourth

Until next time!
